The city’s only covered tennis courts can be found in a city-maintained park, Austin’s Colony Park, along with basketball courts, playground equipment, sand volleyball courts, and disc golf course.
The HOA dues are only $130 per year. The dues help maintain the well-groomed common grounds throughout the neighborhood. Austin’s Colony offers many cul-de-sacs and wide sidewalks for the enjoyment of all its residents. Established oak trees, greenbelts, and nice-sized lots help make up the great layout of this wonderful neighborhood. Various phases of Austin’s Colony have been added throughout the years making this one of Bryan’s favorite and affordable places to live.
