Once you are pre-approved by your lender, we will begin looking at homes. Searching for that perfect home is a process and I will help every step of the way. Some of the things I will assist with include determining a suitable offer, ordering home inspections, repairs, ordering a survey, selecting your insurance carrier, and reminding you to establish utilities prior to closing.

Within three to five weeks you will be enjoying your new home!
