To help make the leasing process more convenient for tenants, The Barracks have recently decided to waive security deposits. Instead, they have instituted a “Move-Out” Fee of $399. This fee will be charged to all residents a few months before they move out of their townhomes. It covers any wear and tear on the unit, as well as any additional cleaning needed to prepare the townhome for the next tenants.
